MNG is seeking a dependable and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of industrial and commercial doors, dock equipment, and related systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently while providing quality service to our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and commercial doors and dock equipment

• Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls as needed

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and management

• Accurately complete work orders and job documentation

 

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude; hands-on experience preferred

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights

 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Prior industrial or commercial door experience is a plus; willing to train the right candidate
