Founded by Mark Gallardo Sr., our company began as a small venture dedicated to repairing doors, docks, conveyor systems, and more. Mark's vision and commitment to reliable and knowledgeable service quickly earned us a reputation within the industry, and in 1992, MNG Engineering & Maintenance, Inc. was born.

Over the years, Mark's sons, Mark Jr. and Matt, have taken the helm and continued to uphold the same high standards of service, expertise, and reliability that their father instilled in the company from the beginning. Today, we serve a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, medical, aeronautics, and auto manufacturing, and we are committed to providing each of our customers with the highest quality service and experience possible.

President / Owner

Mark Gallardo Sr.

Mark Sr. has been in the Commercial and Industrial building maintenance for 45 years. A troubleshooter by trade and leader by choice he helped form the undeniable service and quality of work MNG represents today. His main focus now is to create opportunities for anyone with a drive to better their career.

Administration Manager

Nita Gallardo

Nita has been working in Administration for over 40 years. While working for Toyota Corporate, she made the decision to leave the corporate scene and join her husband Mark Sr. full time. She continually works to set goals to keep MNG running smoothly by improving office skills, creative skills and streamline scheduling.

Sales Manager and Lead of Operations

Mark Gallardo Jr.

Mark Jr. the first born son has been a part of MNG for over 20 years. Mark uses his knowledge from years of field service repairs and installations along with key partnerships over two decades. With a new approach to business and sales, Mark took MNG to the next level. Focusing on key contracts and business relations, Mark has connected MNG to multiple key accounts in the Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Logistics, Food, Aeronautics, and Private Defense Industry.

Service Manager

Matt Gallardo

Matt the second son was brought in to revolutionize the way MNG's service department
operated. While keeping the fundamental qualities MNG has maintained for over 40 years, Matt has transformed and made it a point to deliver turnkey service to every project MNG takes on. From fabrication, electrical, welding, retrofitting, framing, troubleshooting, door installs,
company training and most importantly customer service it is his vision to make sure MNG is a
career opportunity for generations to come. He prides himself in quality and sees MNG as a
reflection of every job completed.

Lead Service Technician

Nate Perez

A traveling installer for conveyor belts in Amazon warehouses, Nate decided to seek employment in a fast paced and expanding industry. Eager to learn and continuing to strive for more knowledge in his field, Nate has taken the role of Lead Service Technician with ease. Always being diligent in his craftsmanship and providing great customer service, Nate is a great asset to our team at MNG.

Inside Shop Foreman

Agustin Ortega

A Veteran in the US Army working on helicopters in his 6 years of service, Agustin is working tobecome a new and much needed position of Shop Foreman. His strong suits include gettingmaterials prepared for all new installs and service calls. Gathering all of the service department employees and working directly with dispatching to make sure all equipment, trucks, tools and paperwork is prepared to transition the day to day operation in a timely and efficient manor. No job is too big for Agustin and his hard work and resilience is unmatched.

Administration / Project Coordinator

Ana Gutierrez

Ana is generally the first person you will speak with when contacting MNG. Ana came to MNG
with great organizational skills and customer service know how. Her ability to coordinate
projects until completion is outstanding. Ana has been instrumental in her ability to assist with all administration needs.
